The average condominium price was up 3.86% to $242,632
The average duplex/ rowhouse price was up 0.41% to $348,806
The average days-on-market in March was 50-days for single-family, 67-days for condos, and 62-days for duplexes..
There were 1,474 reported residential sales and 6,806 residential units for sale at month end.
