Starting with the top of your head, focus on relaxing your muscles one area at a time. Work through each body part until your body feels stress-free.
Think about something that makes you feel happy and calm, bring it into your awareness, and focus on it for a few minutes at a time.
Simply observing nature can help you relax and create an inner calm.
