Where do we meet for RR4K?
We plan to meet in front of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac (southeast corner). The final location will be confirmed/ updated on the RR4K Facebook page.

When does RR4K start?
We will meet at 815am. The event itself starts at 9am. This provides plenty of time to run or walk the route, get back to your room for a shower, then get out and sightsee, network, or both before conference registration opens that afternoon.

I’m confused! Is it 4K or 5K?
The route is always a 5km route; in other words it is a 5K event.
The 4K is simply a playful way to abbreviate ‘for Kids’.

Do I have to be a RE/MAX associate to participate?
No way! We would love for our conference friends, vendors, suppliers, business partners, and CCHF partners to come out and support the kids.

But I'm not a runner, is that okay?
RE/MAX Run 4 Kids is open to all runners and walkers (and sleepers); regardless of ability. Whether you're an Iron Man, a marathoner, or spend your days chasing clients and kids, we want to see you!
This is a FUN event which means you can walk, run, or both -- it's up to you.
Don’t forget, there's also a 0km sleeping category if you'd prefer to support CMN from the comfort of your bed.

Do I get any RR4K swag when I register?
Yes! The first 50 registrants will receive a little swag…stay tuned.

I'm registering as "SLEEPING", will I still get my RR4K swag?
Absolutely - as long as you're one of the first 50 registrants! Afterall, you're still supporting the kids.

What if I change my mind about sleeping/ walking/ running?
You are not bound by your registration category. In other words, if you registered to sleep but would like to come out, come out. If you registered to run or walk but need an extra hour to snooze, go ahead...but know we'll miss you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope.

What is the refund policy?
Sorry, no refunds...it's how we make sure you're committed!

Will tax receipts be issued?
YES! Thanks to our CCHF friends, your online donations to participate stay with your postal code which means they go directly to the Childrens’ hospital in your area.

What route are we running?
The route is still being finalised… it will be confirmed and posted on the RR4K Facebook page.
Any last-minute route changes or route updates will be posted on the RR4K Facebook page. We will be running the route a few days before to confirm distance.
