The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was up 3.14% to $442,206.
The average condominium price was up 4% to $236,808.
The average duplex price was up 1.73% to $354,638.
The average days-on-market in February was 59-days for single-family, 75-days for condos, and 64-days for duplexes.
There were 1,052 reported residential sales and 6,797 residential units for sale at month end.
